Carrington Ware (b. 1993) is a multidisciplinary artist working with illustration, video, sound, textiles, and installation. Employing various mediums, Ware sustains an explorative practice grounded in play and curiosity. Her work is underpinned by Black narratives and storytelling, with a focus on nostalgia, identity, and place.
Ware received her MFA from Florida International University in 2020 and her BFA from Valdosta State University in 2015. Currently, Ware is based between South Florida and North Georgia.
